Whether it’s movie nights indoors or unwinding under the stars after a day of adventures, this home is your ideal vacation retreat.

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Our property is situated on a peaceful suburban street in the heart of Centennial, offering easy access to all that Denver has to offer. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home, with exception of the garage. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans and/or do landscaping. They will NOT enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

The two inviting living areas in the home offer comfortable and elegant spaces for your entire group to gather and relax. Both spaces are equipped with wide flat screens, perfect for movie nights or sports games. For additional guests, there is a pullout couch available in the lower level living room. Linens and sheets are conveniently stored nearby for easy access. This living area also includes a mini fridge and microwave, and added lounging and entertaining space. This is the perfect spot for your group to unwind and make lasting memories.

If you enjoy entertaining, you'll love the kitchen, complete with upgraded appliances, cooking essentials, necessary utensils and bakeware to create delicious meals at home. Additionally, there is a high-top table downstairs that can seat 2 guests.

This lovely Centennial home boasts four well-sized, inviting bedrooms. The three bedrooms upstairs are furnished with queen-sized beds, providing a cozy and comfortable sleeping experience. Each bed is dressed with soft linens to ensure a restful night's sleep for every guest. The basement bedroom boasts a king size bed, with an expansive ensuite bathroom.

This spacious home features 3 bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone in your group to freshen up. The upstairs shared hallway bathroom offers a beautifully tiled shower/tub combo and an extended stone vanity. The second bathroom is downstairs and holds a floor to ceiling tiled walk-in shower. Additionally, the lower level master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with toiletry essentials ensuring your comfort during your stay.

Older home in quiet neighborhood

Stayed at the property from July 7-August 15th Pros: +Excellent communication +Quiet neighborhood +Good internet +Comfortable beds +Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans +Portable fans and a heater were helpful +Huge fenced backyard +Plenty of parking for three vehicles in driveway +Lawn mowed regularly +Excellent A/C and hot water +Nice range +Nice refrigerator with working ice maker +Responsive management. Enough paper towels and toilet paper provided to last throughout stay. +Nice backyard patio area with table/chairs and some wicker furniture. Plug in accent lighting. Concerns: -Washer needs repaired. Very noisy and moves across concrete basement laundry room floor when in use. -This is an older home with small kitchen. No extra cabinet space, so left all of our non-refrigerated items on the counters and bench on the table during stay. -There is not a separate furnace for the basement, so A/C upstairs uses the same vent system as the furnace. Basement vents closed, but A/C cold air still gets through and makes basement very cold when in use. Great for sleeping, but basement got so cold that we used the little plug in heater when watching TV downstairs to stay comfortable. -Basement needs treated by exterminator. This is only a minor problem with occasional spider and other type of bug that we’d grab off of the wall. -Outside areas around the house and backyard need cleaned up. Easy fix to throw away the junk items that accumulated over the years.

Great spot for a larger group with space for everyone.

We enjoyed an extended weekend with our family (three generations - all adult). Having the flexibility of two living rooms and three bedrooms was perfect.

Wonderful home away from home

This home is in a wonderful walkable neighborhood. Clean and bright and the beds are comfortable. It's a little short on seating and dishware if fully occupied, but great for our group of six.

Great location, fine house for a family stay

My wife and I spent 19 days here as she had knee surgery and rehab nearby. This is a very nice home for a family visit to the south Denver/Centennial/Littleton area. It's in a well-established and pleasant but not fancy area near Colorado Boulevard between Arapahoe and Dry Creek Roads; very close to the Streets of Southglenn. The house has three bedrooms upstairs on on the ground floor and a very nice master bedroom and bath downstairs in the finished basement. The home also has a a wonderful fenced in backyard. The host is terrifically responsive and helpful.
