BirdHouse è una moderna Carriage House di nuova costruzione con una luce incantevole e un'atmosfera ariosa. Grandi finestre si affacciano sul giardino, con erbe comuni e letti vegetariani. NO Denver è il luogo ideale, a 15 minuti da Downtown e dalle Montagne. Situato nel quartiere Arts & Culture di Berkley, a soli 5 isolati dai negozi e ristoranti di Tennyson St. A pochi passi da 2 negozi di alimentari, 2 parchi, ufficio postale, un ospedale e un parco divertimenti di 100 anni!
Si tratta di un elegante appartamento con 1 camera da letto di 630 piedi quadrati sopra uno studio / garage (scale). Nuovissimo, con cucina aerodinamica, pavimenti in rovere, ampie finestre, cabina doccia, letto king size tempurpedic. Lavanderia in loco. The space was beautiful, modern, and clean. The kitchen was ready to cook with pots, pans, and utensils, although we did not use them. My dad slept well in the bed and could easily adjust the temperature to his liking. For one person it was great as an end of the day place to stay and crash. I'm sure for a couple it would work well, too. It was nearby our place so my dad could come over easily. It's also only 4 blocks away from Tennyson which is another big perk. Access was clear and easy to get to the carriage house. Just as described. No issues. I saw Elizabeth right at the end as we were leaving, but otherwise she was very responsive through the messenger. Thank you!

Great place with ample space to work and rest, good wifi, a nice walkable neighborhood, lovely hosts, and a pleasant patio. Clean and well-maintained. Cutely decorated but not at all cluttered. Very open and bright. Mattress is memory foam. Hosts communicate well and in a timely fashion. I need to cook while away from home (can’t eat out multiple days in a row for health reasons), and the kitchen here is nice. I would have loved the kitchen to have one larger cooking pot, and perhaps an update to some of the frying pans (warped bottoms). Otherwise, kitchen amenities are great. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and recommend it highly.

The birdhouse apartment is delightful. Pristine, comfortable, and delightful are the first words that come to mind. The succinct and helpful guide the owners left for us and their attention to every detail we would need made everything easy. Lovely to stay in a neighborhood and dwelling that feels so homey while traveling.

My fiance and I loved this little bungalow! The neighborhood is wonderful. So many things you can walk to. Check-in was super easy. The host was very friendly and responsive. The apartment itself is very cute. Well decorated and feels cozy. It's behind the main house, but easy to get to. It has everything you would need for a weekend trip to Denver. Would recommend.

Totally agree with other reviews regarding terrific cleanliness, communication and location!! This rental represents a job extremely well done by the owners.Only possible upgrade would be a room darkening shade in the bedroom which becomes extremely bright at the crack of dawn.

Serenity and convenience, you found home!

Located in a very walkable area, this updated and immaculate loft apartment was everything stated in the listing and more. No detail is overlooked, from the modern full kitchen, amazing walk in shower, to the super comfy bed with tons of pillows. AC worked great, super easy check in, spotless upon arrival and even had fresh cut flowers in a vase displayed cheerfully. The hosts are accessible and very helpful with local info, but completely unobtrusive. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a Denver oasis and FYI, very easy access to nearby Boulder.

A lovely home-base for a stay in Denver

The BirdHouse is a charming apartment that was clean and tidy and perfect for a couple visiting the city. Located on a quiet neighborhood street, you are within easy walking distance of Tennyson St (lined with restaurants and shops) as well as a grocery store. We also found that we were a 15-20 min drive away from some Denver highlights, including the art museum, botanic gardens, and zoo. The renting couple are incredibly friendly and welcoming, too.

Beautiful place in a great location!

This is a beautiful place located in a great location, I loved being able to walk over to Tennyson St where you can find all kinds of shops, cafes, bakeries and places to eat. Also loved that it wasn’t a far drive to Boulder, Golden, Littleton ect. The couple that owns the place are super sweet as well and make the check in process clear & easy, they were also available if I needed anything! I hope to be back next time I visit the Denver area!

Visiting with our new grandson/nephew

My son and I stayed at The Birdhouse for a week. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. It is clean, comfortable, has a well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer right there. There is lots of sun streaming through the many windows, but if it's too much, you can block it out with the high-end shades. The location is fantastic. Tennyson Street, with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops is an easy 5 blocks away. We did not have a car, and were able to walk to a grocery store and my son's house. Perfect!We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Denver!

Perfect in every way

Safe neighborhood, extremely clean, owners live on property and are respectful of privacy, but also easily available and wonderful layout. They thought of all of the necessities and more. We had a wonderful stay in part because of this VRBO property.

Great Quick Weekend in Denver

Elizabeth and Eric have a great place right in Berkeley. The unit was clean, hosts communicative, and pleasurable experience all around. The garage apartment style guest house is located on a quiet street close to all things on Tennyson. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Getaway

This place was located just a walk away from some amazing restaurants and must see spots. The hosts were so friendly and easy to contact. The birdsnest was very well kept, clean and updated with a short walk through a beautiful garden. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Denver!

Denver visit

My partner Beth and I stayed in The Birdhouse during our recent visit. I have family and friends in the area. The Birdhouse is spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood offers many food options within a short walk. Our hosts made communication very easy. We had a wonderful time and will likely return.

Cozy and lovely, convenient.

I was in Denver for two weeks of work, and this location was central to Denver and other areas of interest. The hosts were amazing, and I look forward to staying with them again. I enjoyed the location. It is close to shopping dining and there’s also a rec center for working out close by. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about this property. It was beautifully designed, extremely clean, well-stocked, and quiet. Elizabeth was friendly and warm, offering helpful tips. We did get to stop by Bakery Four on the way out of town and stocked up on a plethora of buns, including her recommended cardamom bun, which was to die for. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would gladly book here. *apologies for leaving juice and grapes in refrigerator. Meant to discard when we left and totally forgot.

Excellent stay at the Birdhouse

From beginning to end the owners were very communicative. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was a great location for all the activities we wanted to do. Parking was easy and easily accessible. The birdhouse was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Denver.

Perfect retreat!

Stayed here with my husband for a week long vacation. This is a fantastic property in a great location! Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and more! Everything we could need to feel at home for our vacation was made available at the property. The owners were communicative and the area seemed very safe. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.

This little gem was just perfect for our three night stay. Eric and Elizabeth are amazing hosts as we had a few special requests and they quickly responded and met our needs.
