We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Spend your evenings around the fire table beneath Colorado’s expansive sky, or enjoy a leisurely barbecue on the patio as the sun dips behind the nearby foothills. Both homes offer inviting outdoor spaces designed for connection and relaxation - from Adirondack chairs arranged around a glowing fire pit to dining tables perfect for al fresco meals. The fenced yard and covered patio at Home 2 provide an ideal spot for kids or pets to play while adults unwind with a glass of wine. Yard games, outdoor furniture, and grills are provided to elevate your time outside.

Inside each home, cozy open-plan living areas invite you to kick back with your group. Curl up on plush sofas for movie night with Smart TVs in both living rooms, or linger over dinner at the table after preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchens. Stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cooking basics make it easy to feed a crowd. With two separate kitchens and dining areas across the homes, there’s plenty of room for shared meals or quiet morning coffee away from the bustle.

Sleeping Arrangements
Between the two homes, the property comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests.
Home 1 - The Modern Cowboy Cottage includes five bedrooms with four King beds and one Queen bed, along with two bathrooms featuring modern fixtures and plush towels.
Home 2 - A Spacious Family-Friendly Retreat offers another five bedrooms with four King beds, one Queen, and a twin - along with three full bathrooms, including two with walk-in showers and one with a tub/shower combo.
Soft linens, extra pillows and blankets, and thoughtful touches like room-darkening shades ensure a restful night’s sleep for everyone.
Family- and Pet-Friendly Touches
Traveling with kids or pets? We've got you covered. A pack ’n play, high chair, board games, and even babysitter recommendations are available to make traveling easier for families. Pets are welcome too, and the fenced yard at Home 2 offers a safe outdoor space for them to enjoy.
Essentials and Extras
Each home is equipped with its own washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, climate control (air conditioning, heating, and fans), and digital house manuals featuring local tips. Keypad self check-in allows for a smooth arrival, and there’s free parking available both on premises and on the street.
Whether you're hiking nearby trails or shopping at The Streets of Southglenn, this Centennial retreat offers a peaceful home base within reach of downtown Denver, Park Meadows Mall, and the Denver Tech Center.

All fireplaces are decorative only, and currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.
