Summary:

The Asher is a new boutique destination from the team that brought you The Curtis Park Club, Denver’s favorite Bed & Breakfast.



Eccentric art, pops of color and a dash of animal print make VRAIN one of our favorite apartments at The Asher. Two sumptuous queen bedrooms are just part of the appeal in this large, airy space. Bar seating for four and a convenient desk round out this vision of perfection.



The Space:

Do you love unique spaces, lush with design and filled with extras? Then this two-bedroom delight is for you! Every square inch is heaven, but we especially love the over-the-top lounging corner complete with animal print pillows and hand-selected art.





As you step inside, the fully stocked kitchen is on your left. Retro bar seating for four is illuminated by industrial chic lighting. Business travelers will also appreciate the work desk! A Smart TV is perfectly located for couch or kitchen bar viewing. And everything is illuminated by a large living room window.





Two large bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a window. The throughline of meticulous design continues here, with accent walls and one-of-a-kind furnishings. Luxury bedding completes the vision of perfection.





The bathroom is characterized by striking contrast -- sleek black tiles and gleaming white accents. We know you’ll enjoy a decadent, hot shower at the end of a day of exploration! Boutique toiletries are included for your use. Enjoy!

The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Historic Berkeley! Right outside your room is Tennyson Street, the beating heart of Denver’s most desirable neighborhood. Walk to a craft brewery -- we recommend Call to Arms -- sip wine at a bookstore, or laptop with the locals at a chic coffee shop. And pizza ‘til you drop at Fat Sully’s and Hops & Pie! Prefer to cook? Natural Grocers is a few blocks south of The Asher. Downtown, the RiNo Arts District, LoHi and the Rocky Mountain foothills are all within easy reach.



Looking for a unique dining experience? Hey Kiddo and Ok Yeah, located on the third floor of The Asher are the perfect destination for a unique and memorable dining and drinking experience. The restaurant offers a one of a kind concept that sets it apart from traditional restaurants. The menu is focused but powerful, showcasing flavors from all over the world. You can expect true American cuisines served with a playful twist.



If you are in the mood for a drink, the intimate vibe of Ok Yeah, the speak-easy style bar is perfect for you. With no cocktail menu, the skilled bartenders can create a drink based on your preferences and mood. They hand carve ice cubes from a large ice block, ensuring your drink is crafted to perfection.



Getting Around:

Tennyson Street is incredibly walkable, and we highly recommend strolling the tree-lined avenue and taking in the neighborhood. Keep an eye out for B-Cycles, Denver’s ubiquitous rental bikes, as well! North of The Asher is I-70, the city’s main East-West artery. If you rented a car, hop on I-70 West to get to the mountains. East will take you to downtown, City Park, I-25, etc. Uber and Lyft are readily available for those without a car. Enjoy exploring our beautiful city!

We are excited to announce the opening of Hey Kiddo, a highly renowned fusion restaurant on the third floor of The Asher Hotel. This new dining experience is sure to enhance your stay with us, offering delicious food and an inviting atmosphere.



Please be advised that some noise may be heard from the hotel rooms located below the restaurant during evening hours while the restaurant is in operation. These hours are from 5pm-12am. We are working with engineers to mute any noise from the restaurant in the future. Until the improvements to the building are made, we provide noise cancelling machines and ear plugs in each room of the hotel. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
