“Over a week gone, we are still loving and talking about our stay! Chompin at the bit to come back. Beautiful Denver! We Loved our comfy bed? Great sheets, ease and convenience to clean shower/toilet from private room on 3rd floor. Great communal spaces? The Kitchen, its cooler for everyone's stuff, appliances, just great. Super Staff all hours of the day.”

We also added the breakfast, and it was well worth it—the yogurt was phenomenal. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay again!”

“The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. “This hotel is so cool. Such a different experience than you get with other places. We stayed in the love loft and it was wonderful. The parking was easy (and free!) and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe. My only complaints are that it was a little warm inside, the ice machine in the lounge never had ice, and the bathroom door was kind of hard to maneuver. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect stay. I will definitely stay here in the future.”

“It's an okay hotel downtown without being directly in the middle of everything. We got a suite here to fit our whole family, which we appreciated the convenience of. We also chose there because of the pool, which was closed while we were there. The rooms could use a little work. The bathroom had several tiles and the bathtub chips that they just filled with silicone. The doors have swollen from moisture and you can see them coming apart at the bottom and top. “Staff member checking us in after 7 PM did not greet us verbally, went straight to the keyboard and spoke only to ask for ID & credit card and to say 'you're set' as she handed us our room keys. The breakfast room attendant was a delight and was very diligent in managing the breakfast room.”

“Location was convenient. However bathroom was difficult because of a slippery shower. Breakfast was adequate but not fabulous. Beds were quite comfortable. Sink in bathroom did not drain well and our kitchen was not well stocked with silverware. Staff was friendly and helpful but sometimes hard to find front desk help.”

“We will stay here every time we are in Denver moving forward and would recommend it 100%. All the amazing history without a sacrifice for comfort and privacy. The hotel is fully booked while we were there and we never heard anyone else at night. The two-person copper tub. Epic.”
