“Louie's property is a wonderful place to spend a night or two when in the Akron area. He is extremely proactive with communication to see to the needs of his guests and has stocked the common areas of the house with items for use or purchase. The rooms are spotless, and Louie is extremely polite and informative with suggestions on dining and sightseeing. You can tell he takes pride in his business, and he should! ”

“Great hotel! The only issue I had is that the room beside me was playing the tv loudly late at night (after midnight) and it was annoying. I didn’t tell the front desk about it, because it wasn’t a huge deal, but the walls made be a bit thin. Definitely not a reason to not stay here. Breakfast was good. One of the machines wasn’t working but there was still plenty of other stuff offered. ”

“Very clean, spacious, and quiet rooms! Bed was very comfortable as well and the rooms are modern / newly renovated. The staff is by far the star of this hotel though. The lady working reception could not be better. Friendly, sincere, and so welcoming. Had the pleasure of witnessing her upgrade a grooms room on his wedding night when she found out it was his wedding day! ”

Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
