“Pulizia e letto comodo che sono fra i principali criteri di valutazione. Abbastanza silenzioso grazie ai doppi vetri ma non so con il condizionatore acceso. Colazione senza picchi, ma neanche con pecche. Vicino alla linea 4 e abbastanza vicino alla linea D. Nel complesso una soluzione interessante con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.”

“Bistro was very expensive. No included coffee or breakfast. 2 cups of coffee in room but not enough for two mornings for two people. Bathroom and bed very nice.”

“Outlets in room, half didn’t work. The pool was closed. The water fill up was always out my entire stay. But room was clean and in a good location. ”

“The hotel was perfect. The location is close to the city in a nice neighborhood. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I would definitely stay again!”

“Constant, non-stop sirens for the hospital next door. All. Night. Long. Also, the water pressure in the shower was just horrible. I’ve probably pissed a higher pressure than what was squeezed out of the shower head. Staff was great and the place was clean, but avoid at all costs.”

“first day the room smelled like cigs. No body wash in the bathroom, but there is lotion & shampoo. Microwave & fridge were a plus. For a queen bed it was pretty small. Breakfast is bread, cereals & donuts. Parking was a big plus though, big. Outdoor pool was nice, of course when it gets warmer it’s open.”

“L'hotel è bellissimo, curato e molto pulito. I letti sono comodissimi, le stanze in pieno inverno sono belle calde. All'interno dell'Hotel c'è sia un bar che un piccolo ristorante dove si può pranzare o cenare ed il cibo è buono. Prezzo onesto e più ergonomico che New York . La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona e abbondante. I punti a sfavore di questo posto per me sono stati solo 2. 1. Non è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, la metro non è raggiungibile a piedi, dovrete avere...

“The hotel needs an upgrade, outdated. Rooms are large and bright compared to tiny rooms in Manhattan. No complimentary water in rooms, TV doesnt have smart functions. Hotel is close to George Washington bridge, but you need to figure out how to commute to Manhattan. You can use jitney route, which is close. I wasn't informed a shuttle service from hotel to Bridge but that can be real game changer if exists. Price is reasonable. So lots,of room for improvement, cpuld be better.”

“Vergognosi hanno preso un deposito di 400 dollari all arrivo e alla partenza non hanno rimesso il credito mi sono ritrovato in aeroporto senza soldi nella carta e dopo averli contattati mi hanno risposto che il credito sottratto lo rimetteranno non prima di tre giorni ho spiegato che quei soldi mi servivano mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia l hotel lo sconsiglio non è affatto comodo per visitare new York ”

“Siamo arrivati stanchi da morire dopo un viaggio lungo e alla reception non trovavano la mia prenotazione nonostante avessi anche la stampa del pagamento. Siamo stati quasi un ora ad aspettare che finalmente trovassero la prenotazione con il nome della mia mail! Una volta saliti in camera nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 3 persone il divano letto non era fatto, mi sono lamentata alla reception al che mi hanno letteralmente consegnato in mano le lenzuola dicendomi che il letto dovevo farlo...

“Walking in the room it just seems a bit off. walking in the bathroom the toilet was dirty as if they didn’t clean from the last people that was their. shower had hair in it. the covers on the bed was dirty. only plus was being able to smoke in the room”
