“This hotel is a beautiful time capsule from the 60's, don't come here expecting a modern, perfectly kept place. The room was massive and gorgeous, our shower was essentially in a sunroom and it was the coolest experience of my life. The pool was heated to the literal perfect temperature, I've never been in a pool that's been this temperature before. It was amazing. The hot tub and sauna and cold plunge were just the cherry on top. I can't wait to return again to this piece of history.”

“A clean property. Other than the bugs. I woke up a few times to flies and mosquitoes in my ear. There are flies floating around the room as well. Some staff are nice but others were terrible and in-need of training. I was woken up at 3am to my smoke detector going off over my head. It’s located right above the headboard. “Had a terrible experience with my hotel neighbors playing rap the whole evening on their TV which could be heard on the other side of the wall. There should also be a curfew for TVs. I had to move rooms and the front desk simply gave an apology, and moving rooms was the solution vs any kind of hotel credit. They also don't have coffee accessible in the rooms and the coffee in the lobby not enticing/presentable. Would not stay there again. ”

“Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. Parking/valet is poorly designed (constantly jammed up and car wait time is 10+ min), bathroom infrastructure is terrible, water runs hot and cold with no warning, TVs are not smart TVs so even though we were there, as many other guests were, for the Indian Wells Tournament, we...
