“Happy Valley, not so happy. Very clean, smells clean beds and pillows are comfy, shower is nice with adequate water pressure. But the gentleman who checked me in heckled me a little for having a child with me for a king bed. He said it was a fire hazard. I had no idea, never heard that before. “Good breakfast bar—better than most
An issue that affected my overall rating: I accidentally left my hearing aid charger in the room. We called to have it mailed. The desk clerk expressed little interest or concern for this request, and it has not been sent. This item is of no value to anyone else, but it will cost me $270.00 to replace it. I am disappointed that the staff didn’t take the time to locate and mail this charger to me.”

“The room was clean. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel. They needed a new dresser as the drawers didn’t lineup. It felt a little cheap but the bed was very nice. I just needed an inexpensive place for one night and everything else nearby was $500 + enough so this fit the bill.”

“Staff were very helpful and the beds were clean. However, one of our rooms was missing a microwave and the other had a broken microwave. Cleanliness of the rooms were not great as we found a pile of chips behind the bed, the floors were sticky and there were ants in the bathroom. We did use the pool but the hot tubs were not working and you had to pay $5/per person to use the slide. Overall the price was low so you get what you pay for.”
