Ho avuto problemi con la reception che mi ha fatto pagare due volta la stanza per lo stesso periodo, sto ancora aspettando lo storno. Il direttore, scusandosi, mi ha promesso che presto verra' effettuato.... Spero!”

“I have nothing but incredible things to say about this hotel. The staff were some of the nicest people I have ever met, the room was immaculate, food was delicious, rooms were STUNNING, they accommodated every need/ask, were helpful in answering any questions I had, made us feel welcomed and safe, the list goes on.
