“The first assigned room was uncomfortable because too noise from the roads (it was a corner room). But the hotel manager and staff were very professional and replaced this room with a more comfortable one. I also appreciated the hotel staff friendliness and continuous attention to the Customers' needs. I'll come back for sure in my next trip! Breakfast good and huge. Kamer is netjes, wordt elke dag gepoetst. Op weekdagen werden we op het derde verdiep gewekt door de speaker van de nabijgelegen school. Dit is een beetje jammer.”

“The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care.
