Hotel con casinò in Baja California

“I had a two room reservation. Both rooms were very well maintained all the amenities in place added an additional night and staff accommodated me with an additional room, but also was very resourceful and pointing out that I did not have to add an additional night to use the pool comedies if I still had my wristband on if I was going to leave the premises after checkout very helpful if you are going to Ensenada, I would highly recommend this hotel. It has a huge pool and the casino right...

“Very nice room. Very beautiful view . Very big and clean rooms. Convenient location”

“The air conditioning in my room did not work. I reported it several times, and staff kept saying they were working on it, but nothing was resolved. I requested another room and was told none were available. The only solution offered was a fan. I paid full price for a room with working air conditioning, and a fan was not an acceptable replacement. Because the issue remained unresolved, I left and returned home. I am requesting a refund because I did not receive the accommodations I paid for.”

“If you want something decent while on a budget, this place will get the job done. I traveled here solo. I probably wouldn't bring my family here, but if you are in and out and need a spot to crash, this place works.”
