Hotel all inclusive in Bermuda

“Visited 8/1-8/5 and enjoyed the property and all-inclusive option. The waitstaff was exemplary! The food was very good and drinks were always available. The beach at the resort was well maintained and because it's a bay the water was calm and great for swimming. Our room in building 6 was perfect. Close to the beach and pool with a great view of the bay. The fitness center needs a little TLC. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very disappointed with flexibility of management who answered to my requests with ultimatums. Had a delivery and it went missing with zero accountability and poor responsiveness from management. Amazing employees at ground level with great customer service skills. Not the same for administrative staff. Got a room which had not been updated; older, decently-maintained furniture, musty smell in the cottage, great size, bed made noise, large gap under door and the icing on the cake…a roach crawled...

“The staff, facilities and food were fantastic. Special shoutout to Juan and Alicia. Very kind, friendly and helpful. The beach is a bit short (50 yards) so getting in your steps was a little challenging. Then again, you are on vacation. Would have liked to see nightly entertainment. Nothing crazy, just a guitar or piano player would have made the resort top notch for us.”
