“Room was very spacious but in need of an update. Bed wasn’t the comfiest. Shower and bathroom was great. The spa was ok but you had to walk outside to get to it and couldn’t use the other facilities like they said as we didn’t get wristbands. Pool was good but had lots of tape on broken bits on it. Adult food was good but kids food we sent back as didn’t taste good even the adults couldn’t eat it. The staff were the best part especially in the restaurant. For a Radisson I expected better to be...

“Camera silenziosissima pur essendo in zona tangenziale , letto comodo. Pulizia discutibile , una sera si sono dimenticati di rifare il letto e di passare il pavimento (capelli ovunque). Colazione nella media, abbastanza varia, ma i tavoli venivano ripuliti di rado e dopo l’ora di punta non si trovava un posto pulito dove sedersi.”

Dalle foto Mi aspettavo un’ area verde più grande all’esterno quindi zona relax verde invece non c è. La struttura nel complesso è molto bella ed accogliente. Ristorante buono. Unica pecca il personale ristorante/bar.. poco professionale e lento sebbene in sala ci fossero solamente 2 tavoli ( tot.7 persone) da gestire.”

“Absolutely terrible cottages you can't get any more basic. Overlooking a concrete car park even though I paid for Garden view. Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK. The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern. Nothing to do for children. Wouldn't stay again.”
