“Stanza molto comoda. Personale gentile e professionale. La presenza di comitive arrivate con Pulman rendeva vivace il tutto anche se la piscina era un poco sovraffollato. Vedere però delle scimmiette sull'albero vicino alla piscina ... non ha prezzo.. ! Anche la cena alla carte ha avuto un servizio impeccabile considerando che avevano appena finito con un gruppo di più di 50 persone prima di noi. C'è sempre una certa carenza nel personale per la lingua inglese ma per il resto tutto OK.”

“If one has a car it is the perfect place to stay in San Cristobal : quiet ,no hassle for parking. The only issue is that the personnel does not speak any other language than spanish , but they are very kind. Also if you book a package which includes breakfast do not expect it: during the three days only one morning the kitchen was open. In the other 2 days the panel 'Cerrado ' was affixed and when asking how to get breakfast we got only lots of smiles and some confused spanish explanation.”

“We stayed here just for the night, travelling from San Cristobal to the airport. The hotel is close to the ADO station and offers a private-taxi service to the airport at 300 MXN during night-time. The room was comfy and clean, but we didn't have time to appreciate the hotel or the neighborhood.”
