“Room was not available at check in. Room and furniture are very old and definitely not at the level of a 5 star hotel. Service was also below expectations, they even forgot to clean our room. Pity because the location is nice ”

“The check in experience should be improved ”

“Nice service and good food at restaurant.”

“Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The room had visible mold on the ceiling, and we also discovered bugs inside the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, the property does not have an elevator, meaning guests staying on the upper floors must carry their luggage up several flights of stairs.

“Camera molto spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Ottima la colazione. Personale molto cortese e spigliato.

“Simple room layout but very clean. Excellent traditional German breakfast every day. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“Excellent facility. The staff are top notch. Located close to parks, castles and renovated old town.”
