“Room was not available at check in. Room and furniture are very old and definitely not at the level of a 5 star hotel. Service was also below expectations, they even forgot to clean our room. Pity because the location is nice ”

“I stayed here on 30 May 2026. Two incidents occurred during my one night stay that I want other guests to be aware of. First room: the duvet cover had a visible blood stain on it. I reported this at reception and was moved to a second room. Second room: at 10 PM, while I was in the bathroom, an unknown woman entered my room said that she is a staff and she was not aware that the room is full. “El lugar está perfecto , limpio y agradable en una zona extraordinaria con varios restaurantes en el área . El único problema que encontré es que el check Inn se hace difícil porque las instrucciones están únicamente en alemán.
