“Upon arrival we were given a room key to the wrong room. Despite our reservation being booked over one month in advance we were given a room in the basement. The front desk staff seemed bored with the confusion over our room key. Booked was a room with two Q beds, we were given a room with one bed. “L'hotel non è molto curato e si trova in una zona in cui non c'è praticamente quasi nulla da vedere. Scelto solo perché si trova a circa 1 ora e mezzo di macchina da Lake George. Personale sbrigativo e non molto cordiale. Non ho apprezzato per niente il fatto che ci siamo camere fumatori accanto a camere non fumatori, nei corridoi c'era sempre puzza di fumo, anche con le finestre aperte. Non c'è l'ascensore (anche se sono solo 3 piani...quando ci sono le valigie da portarsi dietro risulta...

“Everything was new and clean. Conveniently located in / near Caroga Town. Easy to get in and out of the cabin. Appreciated the extra set of instructions / cabin information to check throughout out, and selection of board games. ”
