Larry couldn’t have been more helpful! He met us at check in to make sure we had all the information about the house that we needed for a great week’s stay. “The lake and its surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The house is on the lake and offers excellent views. It was exceptionally clean and cozy, the kitchen was equipped with appliances, housewares, and household supplies, and toiletries and towels were thoughtfully provided. “We had to wait a hour to check in because the room wasn’t ready at 4pm which is the check in time. The treehouse in the waterpark was broken down. The grill in the water park did not have any of the menu items I tried to order. The bathrooms in the lobby and the waterpark were dirty. Our room smelled like vomit. ”

“As for the general ambiance of the Hotel, it was great BUT, in terms of NOISE it was very disappointing : surrounding noise, people shouting in corridors starting 7:00 AM . The overall issue was the location of the room we were given : aside/in-front of elevators, beside the main backdoor entrance, near vending & Ice machines ! Its not the 1st time we experience this issue but it always happen when we book through Expedia !?! So, If you can afford an extra amount of $, I advise you to book...
