“The General's Cabin was a wonderful place for my husband and me to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. The cabin was exceptionally clean. Melissa had thought of everything you could possibly need. Inside had a well-stocked kitchen, a great coffee/tea bar, lots of little extras to make the stay enjoyable, extra towels, blankets, pillows etc. In the bathrooms there was a basket of soaps, lotions, shampoos and even toothbrushes in case you forgot to bring your own. “My family had a wonderful time. Hosts were very responsive to needs and the home is very welcoming . Summit is a great little lake, great swimming, fishing, kayaking and padleboarding. The deck is wonderful to enjoy the beuatiful scenery as well. ”

“Fabulous weekend at this property. Three families slept comfortably in the three airstreams and enjoyed time together in the cozy well appointed cabin, by the campfire and grilling on the deck. Make note that there is only one bathroom in the lodge and WiFi is spotty but that it was good enough for our group of 9. In better weather you could also take advantage of the lake access. Would definitely stay there again in the summer. Bonus is proximity to SPAC.”

“It was a nice stay the lake had very nice access. The kayaks are bit more expensive $20 for an hour, the bar near the bar was very nice and food the man who made us food was very chill and the food was yummy not too expensive. We had some music playing the first night and apparently got complains because it was to loud at 940 PM so don’t play your music to loud but overall was a nice stay. ”

“It seems like the older hotel did a really good job with keeping it updated. The pool was amazing they also have an indoor pool. The bathroom was updated the toilet was a magic flush excellent rooms for the price highly would recommend”
