“The stay and cleaniness was ok The evening staff was not that helpful or experienced. Outdoor swimming pool is not working, parking is free but limited in spaces. You receive only one room key, and it is not an electronic key (Not an electronic digital key card), so it an old-fashion metal key; however, this is not that big issue.”

“Lovely hosts, clean rooms albeit somewhat older. Good shower. Okay wifi. Some maintenance issues; for example the wall socket pulled out of the wall by the bed. And one chair in our room was ancient. Otherwise a quite well located, totally fine place to stay. We'd stay again if passing that way without hesitation.”

“There was nothing nice about my room . I had to go buy clean sheets for my bed . I went got cleaners to clean my room . The floor was not swept at all . It was just a nasty room . ”

“We had a very good family vacation. House and bedrooms fit was well. We were very appreciative you took care of the bees. The air conditioning on the one side of the house needs to be addressed. House was 77 78 eventually came down later in the evening. The pool was fantastic and very well maintained. Thank you very much”

“Pictures were extremely outdated. There were spiderwebs and dust everywhere. Utensils and appliances in the kitchen were dirty. Oven takes 4x the amount of time to cook. Padded toilet seat in the basement is ripped and dirty and needs replacement. Basement is unfinished, with two of the bedrooms located in the basement. Two bedrooms are in the basement with mattresses that sink into the middle. Lighting in the entire house is terrible and always feels dark. A lot of clutter/stuff taking up...

“Staff was okay but the grounds were terrible. Pool was closed the first day then when it opened parts of it were still closed per maintenance and NYS DOH. The pool bathrooms were not maintained, dirty and missing soap. Ice machine was down our whole stay. No hot water in the shower the first day and the water pressure was very low in the shower/not adequate the whole time. There was an adult male hanging out on the playground the entire time we were there deterring our children from wanting to...
