“The room was comfortable, clean & nicely furnished but the shower floor & tiles were quite mouldy. The downstairs toilets needed a good clean too. A good breakfast was available but the eggs were cold. The restaurant meal and staff was excellent The hospitality staff and chef were exceptionally good & went out of their way to provide excellent service, as we were having a birthday celebration there. Every aspect of our event was well planned and managed & everything went well.”

“Disappointed in the property - Floor was dirty and I needed to clean spills near the balcony door Cockroaches were seen on the kitchen bench on numerous occasions Toilet lid broken in en-suite (my husband fixed it) No television remote control on arrival Lid on kitchen garbage bin broken Stains in toilet bowl and shower”

“Had trouble gaining access to the apartment after hours. It was lucky an employee had seen me trying to enter and stopped to help get key out of the safe. For some reason key wasn't dropping out of the safe. Thanks to the employee for stopping. Very grateful.”
