Das Problem war jedoch nicht das Wetter, sondern das Management: Wir wurden vom Hotel mit keinem Wort darüber informiert, dass die Fähre nicht in Betrieb war. Auch auf unsere E-Mails wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Wir standen vor vollendeten Tatsachen und mussten uns extrem kurzfristig und auf eigene Kosten eine alternative Unterkunft...

“Amazing place! Has everything you need except cellular service - but let’s be honest you don’t need that either. Host was great and had suggestions on things to see nearby. The on property swimming hole was so nice for a hot summer day. Visit the insect museum nearby if it is open. ”

“First the good points. The property is in a very picturesque location. The grounds are inviting. The area is quiet. The bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. Our stay was a birthday treat for my wife. The price we paid was excessive given that the accomodation is basically similar to a cabin in a caravan park. There is a sign on the door saying guests are not permitted to eat in their rooms and must eat at the cafe, but the cafe wasn’t operating. Supposedly there should have been...

The pool table and dartboard kept us entertained in the evening after our days out.Dean was an excellent host and answered all questions promptly and had some great tips.
