“Ive never stayed anywhere that did not have available parking for guests! we had to search for hours for a parking spot since it was my first time in Pburgh then walk 1/2 mile to hotel carrying luggage. missed half of the concert. Do better!”

“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“I had no service on TV. Staff kept telling me that maintenance was coming. They never came. I was there for a whole week. They didn’t even give me a discount the front desk people were being rude when I will call down phone didn’t work in the room.”

“Great location for Lawrenceville and Butler Street restaurants and shops. Road noise is loud inside rooms on 40th st side. Rooftop is closed Sunday and Monday, unfortunately, these were the days we stayed.”

“The room was spotless. The staff were very helpful. The food the in house restaurant was great, along with the service. The parking is not the greatest because of its low capacity but there is public parking close by. When you make the right turn that takes you to the front stay to the left. There is a parking ramp that will take you down under the Steel Building that is across from the hotel. Save yourself some money.”

“my room was 412 parallel to the highway and it was difficult getting to sleep because of traffic noise and it woke me early in the morning too. that's my only complaint.”
