“Parking can be better but great location overall”

“Perfect ”

“Parking does have a fee so factor that in. The night we stayed there was an event at PPG paints arena so it was very busy but when we got back to the hotel it was evacuated for smoke on one of the floors. Eventually we could go in but the elevators were it working for awhile. I had to walk the steps to floor 21. That was not my idea of a pleasant experience.”

“Molto gentili e accoglienti, la stanza era pulita”

“Staff very helpful made our stay so enjoyable. Hotel is walking distance to most attractions.”

“The fact that the hotel shared the parking lot with the penguins arena was amazing. That was the whole reason we stayed in the first place. The room was spacious quiet and the towels and hair dryer and all the other amenities were helpful and the room was very clean”

“Struttura ok se siete come noi di passaggio a Pittsburgh Personale alla reception così così facevano fatica a darti due informazioni in più Camera pulita e comoda struttura perché situata nel centro dove trovare un ristorante per cena ”

“First night there was a problem with the elevators but it was not the staffs fault and they were very eager to offer a lower floor and apologize. We took a lower floor and walked the stairs. By the morning everything was in working order and everything was perfect!!! Staff was friendly and made you feel at home.”

“Good place to stay, whether it's for work nearby or for a place that's quick into downtown Pittsburg. Staff was very helpful. Beds were very good. Breakfast was good. The fitness center was exceptional, and pool was wonderful.”

“We were refused an extra cot when our booking specifically said the room slept 4 adults . Beds were small , could not comfortably sleep 4. Elevators were down for service for a lot of the stay. We lost all hot water in the room on two seperate mornings and repeated attempts to contact staff were unanswered .”

“I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. The service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.”
