“The room key didn’t work because the lock was broken. The room was filthy. Hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest left. The sheets hadn’t been changed since there was hair and dirt in them. “The French Camp Bed and Breakfast is a very pleasant and peaceful place to stay. It is quiet and remote, just off the Natchez Trace. I enjoyed walking around the grounds to see all of the old cabins and barns. It was like taking a step back in time. The restaurant on site was also great. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.”

“This is a rare find in that area. Beautifully decorated and well laid out. The outdoor seating area is peaceful and cozy. Business travelers be advised though this is an old building and you can hear neighbor if the adjoining room is occupied. Don't let that stop you, just turn up your white noise and you won't hear a thing. The town square is quite so you won't have outside noise and the area is perfect for a run or walk.”

“EVERYTHING WAS WELCOMING AND COZY. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE NOSTALGIC ATMOSPHERE WAS WARM AND THE VERANDA WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN. CARTHAGE FINALLY HAS ACCOMODATIONS FOR A STAY AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO IMPOSE ON ANYONE. ;-)”
