“The property was clean and updated as pictured. We had no issues accessing the property and if met our needs for a quick visit to Mt. Sterling.”

“The wall above the bed was torn up and had a lot of plaster falling off. A very large bug, looked to be a mud dauber, flew on me while on the bed. No refrigerator in the room. The carpeting was torn near the wall. There looked to be a gap in the brick wall near the window. Men were working on a new deck (2nd floor) with impact drill drivers before 7am. There was no staff, upon arrival our paperwork was sitting on the desk along with two others, not sealed with room number, name and code to...
