After hearing a shower running from another room, our shower leaked from the wall connection. Staff said there was no one available to fix. Staff offered to move us. but we were unpacked ready to sleep. Bathroom light flickered while shower was dripping.. Aging facility.”

“The clerk barely spoke English but I had a confirmation so all he had to do was point. The room seemed clean but walls were very stained and tired. The kitchenette was completely devoid of anything to use for dining. Not even plastic soons or anything. So if you don't bring absolutely everything you need to eat a meal, you're just out of luck. “The “cottage” was definitely not as advertised. It was rated well, which is very deceiving. It was dirty, dilapidated and the shower was something out of a horror movie. Mold had taken over. Expedia and VRBO should take a good hard look at how they vet their listed properties. But that was the good part. Approximately 11 pm, there was a knock at the front door. There were 3 gangbangers standing there expecting us to let them in. I yelled “occupied” out the door, they mumbled something and left....
