“Recently built and very clean”

“This was the third time I have stayed at this location. The first two times I had zero issues. This time I went to put some drinks in the fridge and realized it wasn't working at all. I went to the front desk and let them know. They bought a replacement fridge and swapped them out. They were very helpful and polite. Definitely recommend staying at this location.”

“THE WORST ROACH INFESTED DURTY RUDE AND VIOLATE RULES AND CONTINUESLY COME IN ROOM THE VERY MOMENT U LEAVE AANF DONT CLEAN GICE TOWELS OR TOILET PAPER SO I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO FRINT DESK TO GET WAT TGEY ARE SUPPOSE D TI BE GIVING US AND ONE DAY 3 TIMES THET ENTERED AND DUDNY D O A THING AND SAUD WE WERE BOTHERING THEM COMING TO GRT WAT WE NEEDED AND DIDDNT GET AND CAUGHT THE CLEANERS GOING THRIUGH MY STUFF and I was a very good customer and spent lots of money bc I was regularly staying there”

“Very Clean, close to 75. As a wheelchair user, the rooms were very accommodating and the bathroom actually had a decent set up for use and shower.”

“The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the grass was tall. Look like it hadn't been mowed in weeks. Other then that everything was perfect. The house was very clean, couldn't tell that they were a pet friendly place. The house is tucked in a quite neighborhood right off of 75 and an exit away from East Ridge TN.”

“We have stayed at many places over the years and this has to be one of my favorites. Very clean, well furnished, comfortable, checked all the boxes. My wife and I both said we could live there. We only stayed 1 night but would be an excellent choice for a longer term stay. This experience is what they should be when you stay at a vrbo.”

“Not as seen in photos! Pics make the place seem like a cute little themed cottage with plenty of natural light and tasteful decorations. The place was cramped and overdone with stuff, had towels and other non-curtain fabric hanging on windows. Had an overpowering scent of mildew. Everything we took into the house smells terrible now and has to be washed ASAP.”

“The main reason we booked this property was due to it being pet friendly as we were traveling though town with our dogs. We were disappointed with the “backyard”, as it was not much of a backyard at all and we had a very difficult time going down the dangerous stairs and lack there of to get down to the open space. The open space was turf which was nice but it was covered with dead leaves and fallen sticks. The apartment itself was ok, nothing too exciting however the air vents were covered...

“A very nice and comfortable cottage. Our stay was short but enjoyed the time we spent here. Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee lakeside as the sun rises over the mountains. I would stay again if the opportunity ever was to come again!”
