“We’ve stayed there several times, and it’s easily our favorite place to stay in Burlington. It’s just such a nice, relaxing place to stay, at a great location. The breakfast is good. The rooms are quiet and very nice. The down side of giving it a great review is that it will be harder to get a room, but if you’re looking for a reliably relaxing experience, stay here.”

La nostra camera non era molto grande ma il letto era molto comodo. Frigobar un po' rumoroso e fastidioso e wifi scarsissimo su tutto il secondo piano. Molto bella la zona spa e della piscina.”

Personnel sympathique. Points à améliorer : moisissure sur le bord de la fenêtre et pas assez de personnel pour accueillir les gens le vendredi vers 21h. ”

“La posizione comoda a pochi minuti dal centro è il punto di forza dell'hotel, per il resto nulla di ché, la struttura andrebbe rinfrescata, la colazione ampliata e il personale dovrebbe essere un po' più cortese. Prezzo tutto sommato buono vista la zona e il periodo.”

“Clean room, lovely lady that checked us in. Bar was less than satisfactory, bistro/bar staff did not seem trained on Friday night, lack of options for drinks and Saturday the bistro/bar was not even open. ”

“I was told that Expedia reserves handicap rooms and the one I stayed in was not the cleanest. I had to clean the fridge handle (sticky) and remove a large chili pepper from the dishwasher. Additionally, the equipment outside was so loud that I had to request another room. The staff was very helpful professional”

“Nothing to complain about during our stay, it was clean , nothing was missing in the room, etc. The only complain is about the restaurant that offer the free breakfast package! We arrived around 9h45am, there was few table occupied only but it took at least 5/7 min before the waitress came, another 7/10 min to come for the order then more than 30 min to get the order at the table (we were only 3) and there was an error on mine (wrong plate, the waitress misunderstood) so she did reorder but I...
