“Family room was spacious, however housekeeping was supposedly only available only every three days. We stayed 10 days and only received housekeeping twice and it was not a full service. Beds were never changed. We were given cleanser to clean up after ourselves. I went to Walmart and bought the Clorox Toilet cleaners so I could clean my bathroom. The property clearly needs updating, yet they charged me $200.00 for a broken tile in the living room area which I had pointed out to them the day I...
