“Anche se la città non offre molto da fare abbiamo apprezzato la tappa presso questa struttura, il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto cortese. La camera era enorme, anche troppo. La zona è commerciale quindi poco turistica di per se. Colazione dell’hotel accettabile.”

“I got there around 8pm to check in and no one was at the check in counter. I yelled “HELLO” several times to no answer. I had to use the bathroom really bad after driving for several hours and noticed there was one in the lobby so I went to use it…When I came out the bathroom and went back to the counter, there still was no one there…Again I yelled “HELLO” and a guy came from a room behind the counter. I checked in, got my key and went to my room. Upon parking there were people on the balcony...

“No one was present for checking us in. We tried calling for them for several hours. Money wasted because we could not sleep there.”

“This is an average hotel. We had reserved a room going into Odessa and again when we were coming back after a trip to leave Odessa. Each room had two queen beds. The first night we each got stuck in the bathroom and it took the other person pushing from the outside to be able to get out (first floor room). The person at the desk said the right words of apology, but was unenthusiastic. The second night we noticed a smell in the room (second floor room). We noticed each room had dirt on the floor...
