“Stayed here for just a short time so didn't need to use laundry facilities, etc. Pros: In better condition than other places we have stayed in a similar price range. Nothing was worn or old (although a few handles were loose). The towels were impressively large and fluffy, and staff gave us an extra one, which was very nice. The fridge was sparkling clean and we were given a freshly cleaned shower curtain without asking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: beds are very squishy, so...

“I checked in and enterered my room to the immediate smell of mold. I walked in the bathroom and there was visible black mold all above the bathtub. The front desk was very kind in understanding my need for a refund. Management seemed conserened. The lobby was stuffy and hot, turn the air on and there might not be mold.”

“I was given the last room with a king-size bed, so my experience may have been different. Altogether, the room was clean, but the furniture was shabby and old. The office chair was broken; the back gave way when I sat down! Lastly, the shower is tiny, and the bath gel container on the wall was empty. Not a good experience! ”

Those 2 groups had to take less quality rooms on the top floors. When we came back to our the second night there was a large roach in the floor near the refrigerator i told the guy at the front desk about it and he gave me a card to the General Manager and said call her. I figured she would care as much about the customes as he did...
