“This was labeled as smoke free rooms. You can only smoke outside in a designated area. The room we had smelled like someone had smoked a carton a day in the room for months. It was horrible. We booked two rooms, they were across the hall from each other. One smelled like a ashtry one did not. We asked if we could change rooms due to the one that smelled so bad. They said no we could not change rooms. The guy offered a can of febreeze to spray in the room. There was a yellow stain on the bed...

“Very clean and cozy little spot. We loved the open area kitchen dining and Living room great for hanging out, eating meals, playing cards or whatever you want to do. Very close to everything. Quiet little dead end street. Perfect place for a couple nights in Owensboro!! The host was awesome and very responsive. Provided some snacks and some really good coffee!!!”
