“Room was okay. Hospitality wasn’t the best.”

“Put me in a decent room to begin..then moved me for some reason to a nasty, dirty room. Mildew in the shower, caked up dirt on the baseboards, swimming pool was only half full. Breakfast was not restocked after the 6am workers came thru. First man that checked me in was nice. But the regular guy that was there most days was not very friendly or helpful. 3am blaring music from rooms next to me.”

“Ok 1st let's talk about the leaking A/C units that had water all on the floor inside and outside of the room in which was room 128. Next let's talk about the refrigerator/Freezer shelves cracked refrigerator didn't get cold enough. Microwave my daughter was about to warm up here wings that she had left over opened the microwave door a roach is in there so she instantly didn't want her wings. Beds were hard pillows were more like pillows for infants. Now this bathroom had lipstick or something...

“It was a great location. Our room wasn't the cleanest, I took sanitation wipes and had to wipe everything down. The air conditioner had stains all over it and I had to clean it also and clean the things that were in the blow out vents. Had to take the sanitation wipes and wipe the floor because it haven't been moped. Whenever the people took showers it sounded like a jackhammer coming through the wall andthiswouldhappenduringthenightorEARLY morning while you're trying to sleep!! Hearing people...
