“Advance notice of the road closure and how to get to the property. We had to park .5 miles away and drag our stuff with us. Advance notice of the TRAIN that runs noisily behind the hotel. The room shook several times in the night. The toilet needs attention (stains). The furnace filter needs replaced. Thick layer of dust. Minimal amenities for what I thought was a nicer property in your portfolio. Overall, underwhelmed.”

“This property was so beauty. Even though we travel here in January for a cheer competition. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The views were gorgeous. I love how everything I needed was in walking distance.The only problem I had was the cold. As a southerner it was too cold for me. ”

“Spa nice, restaurant nice. Conveniently located. Valet damaged our vehicle pretty badly, but the valet company took care of it. Hotel manager offered free nights and to take off some hotel charges in a meal, but it never happened. ”
