“I would have to say that must stay there was kind of frustrating although the issue was resolved. I think that $64 a night for parking is absolutely repulsive and ridiculous. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels in better cities and parking was $20-$30 in the garage $70 a night for valet parking and then they’re asking for a tip yeah absolutely not won’t be staying there again.”

“Even though it was just an overnight stay, loved the room. The bed was super comfortable. All staff encountered were very pleasant. Would stay again should I travel to Indianapolis again.”

“Seen 2 roaches in the room as I was packing my things to check out and nothing was available for breakfast except muffins and juice even though I arrived by 8:00 a.m. Also the desk chair in my room was peeling on the arm rest pretty bad and kept pinching my skin whenever I put my arm on it. Other than that the stay was ok.”

“The main reason I booked this hotel is to access the Grand hall but unfortunately not available for guests due to events, the day staff at front desk were not sure or willing to check if when it can be available. However, the night shift staff at front desk MACKY was very willing to take me to grand hall at 530am. That made your guest happy. I left with a smile because of Macky's extended/voluntary effort to accommodate guest.”
