“Great concept for a hotel. Had to change rooms due to pieces of the ceiling falling everywhere. Room keys stoped working after one time use.”

“The front desk staff was super nice. The room was super run down. Peeling paint everywhere, the carpet felt wet. We had to cover a large metal bracket sticking out of the bed with a pillow so no one would kick it. The TV didn’t work but the front desk lady did come and fix it. Breakfast was just poor quality despite having a variety of food. Poor maintenance in the lobby as well. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I wouldn’t book it again.”

“The place looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel is very old and does not even have an ice machine. They use a drink cooler and fill it with Ice,( very unsanitary) We had requested a king bed and when we arrived the room had no microwave,which we really wanted . I was told not all king rooms have a microwave,so we had to move to a room with 2 queens. Breakfast consists of muffins and bagels,if you want a warm sausage croissant it costs $4. “Breakfast wes great.”

“Check-in took over 45 min. They lost our reservation. Music in lobby was full of cuss words. Room was fairly clean but bathtub stopper was corroded and didn’t work. Could not get another room or service to fix it. They promised to fix it but wouldn’t answer the phone after an hour wait. Will not go back. ”

“Room ok but everything is old , pool was unusable , was green , beer cans floating in it , continental breakfast terrible , only waffles(stale) syrup so old , no mil for cereal , Woulnt call it a continental breakfast , management not helpful”

“Would never stay there again traveled 7hrs and to get there and find out the pool wasn’t working I called before booked and the person lied about the pool so had nothing for my boys todo the whole weekend and the my room everything was very dusty and dirty like the room hadn’t been touched in a very long time and tv couldn’t change the channel called front desk nobody never answered so again nothing for my boys todo watch just very disappointed about everything”
