“At 11:00 PM we were startled awake by what sounded like a jackhammer right next to us. The maintenance room shared a wall with our room and I found a man in there working on some kind of cabling. This frightenting noise continued on till about 12:15 PM. AC quit working. Carpet was soaked by the desk area. At 11:30 PM I attempted to get these issues resolved with the staff. I went down to the front desk only to find it unmanned. I rang the Ring doorbell at the front desk. No one answered. I then...

“The lady at the front desk was wonderful and so welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. The entry was nice and clean as were the hallways. I forgot to request a nonsmoking room so our room had a little odor. The breakfast was fresh and hot all the way up to closing time for breakfast. I highly recommend staying here!”

“It was noisy because of all the slamming doors. The blackout curtain had multiple tears or holes. The A/C was barely adequate. This hotel needs a major renovation. ”

“Was told by hotel that if i booked 2 rooms with the same card ( even through a third party booking) that they would be side by side or across the hall from each other but they put us on two different floors and wouldn’t fix it we booked a month in advance also. There were minor things in the room that could use attention. Also psa: Holiday Inn no longer puts coffee pots or cups in their rooms and dont bother to tell you when you check in.”
