“Staff was professional and amenities suited my needs. Thanks!”

“Great stay! Rested and relaxed well here.”

“The property is pleasant to the eye at first glance but the front desk could really use improvement with their communication. For example, after signing the check in acknowledgment (pretty standard and the expedia fees were in order), I was visited by the front desk in my room where I was told there would be an additional per day package rate of 1500 shillings x the total number of days we planed to stay. I explained that it was improper to arbitrarily up charge without ever having mentioned it...

“Always a pleasant stay. Staff is super welcoming.”

“The staff was great!!! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was phenomenal!!! The kitchen staff were great as well, they really took care of us. ”

“Very good position and property in the green with a view on the city and the lake. Staff is very kind. Room are spacious and clean. They need to improve the restaurant service, most of the plates in the menu are not available and due to the distance from town, there aren't any other facilities for eating nearby.”

“Clean quiet nice place”

“It was not close to the airport as the sight said but other than that it was a nice place”
