“It was okay for the price, peaceful and clean. Sadly the mattress was a bit uncomfortable & springy. I slept on top of the comforter and used my own. My room was clean and smelled great. The tv bit small for king size bed & room size. The channel selection was pretty basic. Small fridge worked. Very small microwave & it was a bit dented up but worked. I wouldn't mind staying there again if the price is right. Ive paid for nicer at same price or cheaper. I was worried about the reviews especially...

“We had a fine time staying in your Cedar Cabin! All the amenities were as promised, no shortages and some in excess! Everything worked exactly as it should. The view from the deck on the back of the cabin was quite enjoyable; watching the riverboats and barges cruise up and down the Ohio River was fascinating (our dog enjoyed being out there too : ) ! “It was an excellent place to stay. The home was so comfortable, clean and relaxing. The owner thought of everything to make my stay a pleasant one. The backyard is private with a hot tub and fire pit. Each of the bedrooms has its own television. The living room was very comfortable and the office was a great touch. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Lazy Gray. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room to relax, we liked the open dining area and comfy chairs and couches. The best part was being in a peaceful area and sitting outside enjoying the weather. It is close to town with several dining options and within distance to explore West Virginia as well as Jackson, we also found some cool places to explore in the Cooper Hollow Wildlife Area. ”

“This was perfect spot to meet son and his family of 3. Everything we needed but it was a quick visit we were there maybe 14 hours ! Neighborhood was a little concerning because a vacant house across the street but we didn’t see anyone actually while there the neighbors were so quiet! ”

“comfortable bed, nice room and a great restaurant attached to the hotel on the second floor. The baby grand piano was a nice touch as well, lots of talented people played it while I was there.”

“The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service”
