The staff was uncooperative and dismissive. They told me no other rooms were available, leaving me no choice but to accept a room that did not match my needs. “the only good thing is bed. But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”
