“We’re on a 14 night trip, about 7 nights in (different hotel each night) and this has been the best hotel so far! Comfy beds, extremely nice staff, quiet, good parking and breakfast was great. Breakfast attendant was 5 stars! She made us feel very welcome. ”

“Lovely newer facility close to any needed food entertainment and travel needs. Clean friendly and fully maintained. Even the workout area was neat as a pin. My only wish is that the hot water container at breakfast never be used for coffee. No matter where I go they reuse coffee thermoses and my tea is awful because it tastes like coffee. Please try to keep the water container strictly for water”

“I have stayed here twice. A very well run local hotel, very clean and decently appointed. Very convenient. If you aren't used to the UP, you get a wide variety of guests here. Which adds to the fun.”

“Very clean. Amenities include free use of laundry facilities for guests, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast is very nice. There is locked bike storage for those who need it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to walkable points of interest. 10 out of 10! ”

“This was a charming hotel with great lake views even though it was foggy during our visit. The onsite Northland Pub serves excellent old fashioneds and smash burgers. Location is within easy walking distances to local breweries and downtown.”
