However, when I spoke with the manager on Monday, the issue was promptly resolved, and I was refunded for that night. I appreciated how it was handled in the ”

“Staff was friendly and very helpful. Area is walkable with many shops. Rooms were good. Bathroom shower looked old, but was usable regardless. Enjoyed my stay there.”

“Property is good. Kabir the night auditor checked me in and made sure to wait because I had multiple flight delays. Even though the person I spoke to on the phone did not put the note in my reservation like he assured me, Kabir was smart enough to wait for me. He was helpful and pleasant. I like that the hotel texted to check on me as well and ask me how my stay was going, never had that happen before! Free breakfast was good. Convenience store could use more items. This was a great stay.”
