“Clean room, staff was great. ”

“I stayed doing a travel nurse gig in Covington over the weekend. Too much noise from construction workers staying there in rooms and a lot of low life, shady ppl hanging in the parking lot. Property supposed to be smoke free but hall way smelled like cigarette smoke. Otherwise the room was clean, very spacious and comfortable....just couldn't really relax from noise and wondering if my car was going to be safe in the parking lot. I would suggest security on duty to secure parking lot and more...

“Bed sheets rough material, AC not working properly, hair dryer was hanging on back of bathroom door when I took it out couldn’t use since someone had smashed it and taped it back together. Also ask for receipt and was told it would come from Expedia . Pillow’s very comfortable. ”

“Booked and paid for a king bed because I had a service animal I was forced to take a twin double bed No iron in the room Bathroom was nasty I got bit by bed bugs The external party of the property was nasty trash Television cheap with the worse channels”

“parking was a little bit hectic coming off the highway but overall hotel was OK. We could’ve used a little more towels. There’s only one towel for each one of us. They was in a convenient location on and off the highway and restaurants.”

“Was unable to cancel ahead of deadline and the hotel has made it impossible to cancel any portion of this. Extremely poor customer service given I never checked in.”

“Enjoyed staying at this place. The hotel was nice and looked just like the photos. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the front desk staff. I had zero issues and would stay here again.”

“The refrigerator in the room did not work. I asked for service twice, never had a working refrigerator. The trash was not pulled one day, there was food in the can. The location of the hotel is awesome, it was the snow two things that will keep me from returning. ”

“Plenty of room to park. Ease of access was good. AC worked really good. Friendly staff and the place was clean and well kept inside and outside. Price was great for the amenities offered. Next time I’m passing through the area I will definitely stay there again.”

“Had no towels. Housekeeping was gone for the day. Got towels from the front desk. One of them was stained. Parking excellent. Front desk guy, good. Breakfast, I’d give about a 6 on a 1 to 10 scale.”

“Breakfast was better than expected. Didn’t like our room. 1st floor next to main lobby, breakfast area and down the hall from the pool. Noisy. Could hear every footstep from the guests above us. As well as the water running. Probably won’t stay at a Holiday Inn again. ”
