“The room had a huge cockroach in the bathroom soon as I entered it. I informed the staff and she gladly changed my room. The tub wasn’t the cleanest, but the staff was nice about assisting. Housekeeping is only available at request. The pool was closed as well. I will not book there again, but as I stated the staff was very nice.”
