“Took the wife for a surprise one night trip. We got the first floor fireplace and patio room facing the ocean. It was great. She absolutely loved it. The attached restaurant is incredible! The fire pits out back are amazing too. Love the walkway down the cliffs. We will absolutely be back.”

“We stayed at Cottage Inn while in Pismo Beach for a big classic car show. One disappointing thing was that there was only one parking spot per room and we had two cars with us. The desk staff was extremely nice and apologetic. They were able to offer suggestions on a neighborhood we could park a car in that was walking distance. It worked out okay but was nerve wracking. “A huge property with different themed rooms. Quite unique. The pool bar attendant was unhelpful and disappeared when we wanted to order drinks. He also refused to make a reservation for us for the restaurant. The bar/cafe area was lovely. The staff were helpful and the food was reasonable and delicious. “La struttura non è molto moderna, ma piuttosto antiquata. Non c'è wifi/internet o connessione, non c'è una piscina, la spiaggia privata indicata sulla loro mappa non è accessibile (il sentiero che porta alla spiaggia è difficilmente accessibile e pericoloso, con indicazione "at your own risk"). “Good for a quick stay .The room was kinda run down and there was signs of the ceiling leaking at one point like they forgot to paint after the repair … Also seemed like the pool area didn’t have closing hours because the room was by the pool and you can hear people down stairs past 11pm.”

“The property and views are beautiful and we really enjoyed the grounds and the beach. The big problem is the highway noise. It is very noticeable so there is no hearing the ocean. Even with the doors closed, they REALLY need to invest in insulated doors and good, properly installed weather stripping. Otherwise, great!”

“The location was great, however, when we arrived, there was no parking available, had to park down the street. The person checking us in barely looked up, not a super warm welcome, but that’s okay. It’s close to the street so you can hear everything that’s going on outside. Overall, 6/10 for location and cleanliness.”
