“Dirty, bait & switch with the rooms, no tv”

“The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was cold -- the heater was broken. Breakfast was good - pretty standard for a continental breakfast, but also had gluten-free muffins which were very appreciated by my son who has celiac disease.”

“Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. ”

“My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.”

“Carpeting on 1st floor needs updating, the hallways on the first floor are way too DARK, need better lighting. The laundry room door on the 1st floor next to the vending machines seems to be propped open on a regular basis and makes the place look trashy! Room was clean but small; the bed is very close to the microwave/refrigerator stand with very little walkway in between. The gentleman who was working the day we checked in, Thursday was very friendly & I believe he is the manager.”

“The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. ”

“The house was clean. But shortly after we arrived after a 10 hour drive we were hoping for some tranquility they started doing yard work near the house and mowing the lawn. The next day 4 strange guys started doing work in the garage around our vehicles and the house for a few hours. This was our second and last stay at this property. The host was rude in his response when I reached out prior to the review.”
