“It’s not the best place to stay very old and outdated not worth staying”

“Stayed here last week and our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo was very clean. Had a murphy bed for our teen daughter. Nice view of the lake and marina. Pools were really crowded as to be expected in 90-100 degree weather. The indoor water park is much needed. So many other things to do tho. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The rooms are very noisy. We could hear conversations in the next room and when they used their shower, we had to turn the TV up... It was that loud! Maintenance was done right outside our room at 8a, which was loud enough to wake us up. The room itself was clean but had a very squeaky fridge door and clanging bath exhaust fan, which they fixed after we complained. The beds are very soft, so if you need any back support, look elsewhere. It does have good recreational things for kids and...

“The hotel is very nice but the elevators reeked of death for some reason. Like I had to hold my breath. Also on the elevators, people are vandalizing the pictures drawing inappropriate images and other things. Elevators definitely need an updo.”

“There is no daily maid service. Towels are replaced on a request basis by leaving the towels in a plastic bag outside the room. No bed making. Disappointing for the price they charge.”

“Obviously you are paying for the amenities (waterpark, pools, arcade, etc.), but I was disgusted with how dirty the hotel room floor was. Its hard wood flooring that should easily be mopped after each guest. If you walked barefoot, after a few minutes the bottom of your foot would be black. Check-In was a cluster, so many people checking in the process took forever. No shower hooks to hang your towel. Mini fridge was TINY. The waterpark was fun and lots to do, but again, the cleanliness was...

“Definitely family friendly. The karaoke was fun to listen to. The bar staff was very friendly. The house was nicely decorated and clean. We did have a couple issues. The front door had a slight gap next to the frame and ants got in. The balcony had ants all over it as well. The pool wasn’t the best experience as it had a smell to it that you would smell at a zoo.”
