“The tent was pretty clean, the things (light, heater) worked just fine. There were towels for showers, small cubbies next to the bed to keep your personal stuff. Overall it was pretty good. The restrooms were clean and there are like 8 shower stalls. Great experience. The staff was very helpful in accommodating the request for the tent being close to the restroom, because my mom and dad who are both >80 years were traveling with me. It was very convenient for them.”

“It was nice staying IN the park. Keeping in mind that’s a national park and not a luxury resort I expected less in that respect. The room had cobwebs which is okay but the bathroom smelled of urine, not okay. The shower curtain was about 6-8 inches too long and had a terrible odor to it. The front desk staff just seemed tired and worn out. Not as helpful as they could’ve been. The sports bar/lounge was nice with friendly wait staff. But the beauty of being in such an amazing place seemed to...

“We loved this resort! The rooms are huge and new. There is more than one restaurant where to eat; it was a good base to go to Yosemite from San Francisco. Very good value for money because the room was really really nice.”

“I stayed at this hotel knowing that it was old because I had stayed at it over 40 years ago. But the problems that I encountered were cleanliness issues. The tile floors were so dirty that my feet turned black within moments, there were stains on the curtains, and the pillows were flat and had a horrible smell. There was only one plug-in light in the bedroom that had to be positioned just so to work. The breakfast they offered was okay. I did find it interesting that they stress that there was...
