“We liked this propery. Its updated decor, the good breakfast, carpetless floors, its cozy outdoor sitting areas. It was really enjoyable. We did read other reviews about the lamp charging ports not working and we found this true but brought in our own phone chargers and had no issues. Also want to add that the showerheads deliver AMAZING pressure!!!! Would come back just for that feature alone!!!!”

“The bed, pillows, and couch were comfy, and the room was well-equipped. The bathroom and living area were roomy. The continental breakfast was 100% yummy, with friendly staff and something for everyone (go for the Belgium waffles). The outdoor pool had chairs, tables, loungers, and towels. The only thing I would change would be to lower the A/C when you first come into the registration desk. Brrrr. Like a blast from the Arctic! But not a deal killer for this lovely, well-kept hotel. Close...

“This is the only hotel in Barbourville, so it is most of all convenient. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean. It is on a busy highway, so there is some traffic noise in the early morning particularly.”

“Check in was great and easy! The kitchen was great filled with everything that you needed! Living space was very specious. We had our 3 children and they enjoyed the pool area! Everyone loved the dog and the family was absolutely great! Definitely recommend and hopefully we are able to visit again! ”

“We loved the knotty pine paneling, appreciated the inspiring picture/mottoes on the walls, and a really comfy bed. Cumberland Falls, Pine Mountain State Park, and the Cumberland Gap National Park were conveniently nearby. Everything in the kitchen worked (and we prepared significant meals there!) [Did not use Wi-Fi or TV — we came to get away]”

Very good at communicating, super helpful and just all around a super nice and welcoming person. Housekeeping was spotless!
