“Just right for an overnight stay. Right on the highway so you can hear the sounds in rooms on that side of hotel, tho it is soft and didn't disturb. Room super clean and staff was friendly and efficient. Tho not in the listed details, all rooms have a fridge which is useful. Will stop here again.”

“Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. “We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It is as pictured very small and cozy. There is only one suitcase holder so it is necessary to get creative with storing your belongings. We were glad to have an a hanging toiletry bag as the sink is small. We had difficulty working the split but the host did reply to us right away. A quiet and peaceful get away.”
