“Amazing architecture! Beautiful Building! Rooms are fantastic! The only thing that could have been better is pool and hot tub maintanence and the restaurant was very good but for the price and ambience the staff could have been much better! Our reservation was at 8pm and they were open til 10pm. Felt like they had kinda quit working and we were the after thought guests. Just something to think about for future. This was a family dinner and we don't spend that kind of money or get to do that...

“This was a great hotel - excellent location in downtown Sioux City, extremely clean and well maintained. I appreciated the free parking garage right behind the property. They have a nice gym right off the lobby (I did not partake), and happy hour in the lobby bar from 5pm to 7pm (I did partake :D). The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable, but the AC didn't get cold enough for my liking...I sleep better in a chilly room. I liked the addition of a recycle bin, but the fact that it...

“Clean room”

“The room was beautiful and very clean. We love the view of the river.”

“Friendly staff, clean hotel/room. Shower was great”

“Quiet hotel nestled not far from major highway and other services. Free laundry and a complete kitchen in room. Plenty of space.”

“The property looks run down. The door of one of our rooms would not close, it overlapped the frame, we were moved to another room when we complained. Another room was in the lower level, has a strong smell, and it was very dark and humid, again we were moved after complaining. The pool was closed.”

“Everything was perfect! I really appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom”

“Todo”

“"Pet friendly" motel with a "No Pets" sign on the office entrance, worst bed I've ever slept on in my life, no coffee maker in the room, and the "breakfast" was a joke: Luke warm coffee, no batter for waffles, no milk for cereal, no juice. If white bread and a handful on pint sized muffins are your thing, this is your place to stay.”

“The room was clean, but the smell of smoke was horrible inside the room. The towels are totally not American standard. Maybe new clean one will be better. I don’t recommend this place to anyone”
