“An outstanding property in a tea plantation. The main house is full of furniture from days gone by, including nice library. The staff are very incredible. We went at a time when the night temperatures got cold. Not a problem. We ate by a roaring fire, slept of beds made toasty and warm by electric blankets, and were taken for an incredibly hike through the villages with the tea garden as well as through the garden itself. Spectacular! ”

“Hotel lied when they advertised through Expedia. Such as their website said Central Heating but no heating facility in the room, They charged me for portable Heater. I complained to Expedia they did not do anything.”

“The hospitality is excellent. The staff are polite and cooperative and make you feel at home. The food was delicious. Infact every item we ordered was very tasty. Hats off to the chef. Well managed and clean property. The GM of the resort has a wonderful personality as well as kind helpful too. Will definitely visit again and recommend this place to others.
