“I did not realise it was a vegan hotel :)”

“Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling.”

“It's perfect place to stay for couples. We are newly married couple and enjoyed the stay overall. Good food as well.”

“Really bad approach road coupled with a taxi mafia of very high fare. Bring your own car or avoid.”

“The hotel stay was comfortable, service was fantastic and the breakfast spread was awesome. Only issue are rooms on higher floor need a lot of effort to get to. For ppl with some physical discomfort, recommend take an appropriate room.”

“Hotel lied when they advertised through Expedia. Such as their website said Central Heating but no heating facility in the room, They charged me for portable Heater. I complained to Expedia they did not do anything.”

“Repair work noises and uncomfortable beds. Lack of hygiene in the restaurant were downs. very prompt and helpful personnel were the pluses. ”

“The hotel’s approach is soo steep, we had to think twice before heading out each time. They should offer complimentary shuttle service at least. Not recommended for elderly travelers. The food was not that great for the price they are charging. Overall the trip will be more exhausting if one decides to put up at this property.
